In March of 2019, Connect Casino Road was awarded a $200,000 capital grant from Premera's Social Impact initiative. This award brought CCR much closer to our approximate $800,000 fundraising goal. Sealed bids for the Casino Road Building Renovation project will be physically received by Community Transit until Exactly 10:00 a.m. PDT June 4, 2020, at the reception desk of Community Transit's Administrative offices located at 7100 Hardeson Road, Everett, WA but no sooner than 9:30 a.m. as the doors will be locked. Oral, telephonic, telegraphic or faxed bids will not be accepted.

This project consists of renovating an existing 70,000 SF, two-story, concrete tilt-up office building located on a 6 acre site at 2312 W. Casino Rd., Everett, WA including, but not limited to, new electrical, plumbing, mechanical, structural upgrades, data center, lighting, A/V, communications, and all furniture and finishes. Engineer's estimated range is $21,000,000 - $25,000,000.
